Quiet room in large family house, Leyton

Hello — I'm renting out the spare room in my house for one person. It’s a small super quiet double room (at the back of the house so zero street or neighbor noise). It's in Leyton East London (E10) and on the central line so fast into central London (4 stops to Liverpool Street), a short bike ride from Hackney and all that's going on there, and an easy stroll from the wide open spaces of the Hackney Marshes and the Olympic Parks.

I’m looking for someone quiet, tidy, and mature (as I am also) and preferably a vegetarian or vegan.

They would be sharing the house with me and Mylo (my 18 year old son), and one other lodger who also lives in the house. My son Mylo is only at the house a few nights a month. I'm looking for someone who is happy to fit respectfully into a mellow quiet family home. Garden for summer, cosy log fire in winter! I'm 52 so looking for someone who is tidy, quiet and respectful around the house. WiFi inclusive. Council tax would be additional. Sorry no couples / no smokers. Thanks
