Double room overlooking garden

I have a double room with kitchen, living room and bathroom which are shared. The area is quiet with easy access to Leytonstone and Walthamstow Central. It’s a 15 to 20 minute walk to either or a short bus ride.

The room is available from Monday to Friday so would suit someone who works in London and needs a room during the week while returning home at weekends.

My house is quiet and peaceful but also friendly and homely. I enjoy cooking and happy to share a meal now and again. Walthamstow Village is a 5-10 minute walk with pubs and restaurants for a local evening out.

I am also 10 minutes away from Hollow Pond & Leyton Flats, a lovely place for walking and running.

I have a friendly little cat called Nico.

Clean bedding and towels provided.
