LOVELY FURNISHED room for to let in a beautiful, cosy and amazingly located house.

There are three already living together, and a cat, in a clean, well-kept, cosy Victorian two-up two-down terrace. I manage the property and also work from home in my in house therapy room. The ambiance is warm and friendly, with frequent socialising around kitchen and living room and occasional sharing of food.

Wild rambling and securely fenced garden with fruit trees, living room with house plants and sunny bay window. It's tranquil here both, and most suited to someone who appreciates a calm atmosphere.

The room available is spacious and brightly lit, and charmingly furnished with all you will need, with lots of storage space.

The house couldn’t be better connected being only two minutes’ walk from Leyton Tube on the Central Line (the red one) and several great bus routes either from the bus stop outside our front door, or from Leyton High Street which is only a minute away, and Stratford within walking/biking distance (and one tube stop away).

The convenience and ease of being so close to a lively high street, proximity to green space on Hackney Marshes and along the Lea, and connectivity with everywhere else in town is a great advantage.

Rent is £690 per month including council tax, plus a £ 25 contribution which goes to our super cleaner who comes once a week to clean all common areas. Gas and electricity bills are on top and split evenly between people.

The room is available from August 20st or at a date to convene.
