LOVELY FURNISHED ROOM TO LET IN A CHARACTERFUL, QUIET, AND AMAZINGLY LOCATED HOUSE

This is a friendly, clean, and well-kept Victorian two-up two-down terrace, with three others already living here, plus a lovely cat. The house is managed by me, and while I currently work part-time in the in-house therapy room, I am in the process of moving and transitioning my practice out of the house entirely. The ambiance is professional but friendly, with occasional socialising around the kitchen and living room, and sometimes sharing of food. Please note, however, that this is a managed property, not a regular shared house, making it ideal for those looking for a calm, organised environment where everything else is taken care of.

There’s a wild, securely fenced garden with fruit trees, and the living room has beautiful house plants and a sunny bay window. The space is tranquil and best suited for someone who appreciates a calm, professional atmosphere.

The Room:
The available room is smallish/cosy but with a full double bed, filled with natural light, and charmingly furnished with everything you’ll need, along with plenty of storage space.

Location & Transport:
The house is just a two-minute walk from Leyton Tube station on the Central Line (the red one), with several great bus routes nearby. Leyton High Street is only a minute away, and Stratford is within easy walking or biking distance (or just one tube stop away).

The convenience of being close to a lively high street, green spaces like Hackney Marshes and the Lea, and excellent connectivity to the rest of London makes this an ideal location.

Rent & Bills:
Rent is £690 per month, including council tax. There is a £25 contribution for our wonderful cleaner, who comes once a week to clean all common areas. Gas and electricity bills are shared and split evenly between everyone in the house.

Move-In Date:
The room is available from December 15th, or at a date to convene.
