MasterRoom available for couple in Leyton 2nd June

We have available the biggest room in our house. Is it available for a couple. The price of the room is 700 per month (700 deposit too) and some bills to pay separately (around 40 pounds per month depending on use). There is no agency fees to be paid or references needed.

The house es 5 /10 minutes walking to Leyton Tube station (Central Line. It's about 20/25 min to the City center). Next to the house there is a GP, pharmacy, post office, local shops, local pub, restaurants, gym, shops and a Tesco, Sainsburys and a huge Asda 24h.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed (the bed is new, from Ikea, it's in one of the pictures, white headboard), 2 wardrobes. desk and a chair and a tv table. The room is huge, so there is lot of space for your own furniture etc. It is really light with 2 windows (one is a big bay window) in the first floor.

The house is in a quiet secondary road. It's a big house with 3 more rooms (1 person each, so 3 people in total) with 2 full bathrooms, a separate living room, a separate dining room, separate kitchen, a basement (perfect to storage your bike) and a sunny garden. The flatmates are all professionals with different shifts so the house is really quiet and we keep it clean and tidy, so we are looking to someone similar to us. The people in the house is very friendly but this is not a party house.
