Large double room w/ en suite and garden views

I'm moving out of my home that's served me well the last 8 years. I'm looking for someone to love it as their home and enjoy it as much as I have.

The room has everything you need - double bed, wardrobe, desk, window seat, en suite bathroom. It's really light and offers great sunset views.

There's a big shared living room w/ dining area.
Kitchen with white goods and a garden out the back which is a great sun trap in summer..

You'd be living with my lovely housemate Lynne who's been a wonderful person to live with the last two years. We get on really well and she'd like the same with our new housemate!
Lynne would prefer to live with a female.

The house is on a residential street and there are lots of nice local coffee shops, delis, cafes, restaurants and amenities close-by. Some nice local spots are: Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Here East, Hollow Ponds (nice to run around) and Hackney Marshes.

It's walking distance to the following stations: Leyton, Leyton Midland and Leytonstone. A short bus ride to Walthamstow.

Would suit someone quiet, respectful and tidy. It's got a nice homely vibe where you can totally relax.
