I'm looking for a new tenant for the house i lived in for one year.
This house is a real gem.
Lots of space and light.
We have 2 fridges (we have a new one since 2 months) because we love to cook. The kitchen is really big and practical .
Big bathroom with a lovely view from the bath on the trees outside.
The living room is huge as well with 3 couches.
We have everything we need around for the grocieries etc..
If you cross the marshes by bike you arrive straight to Hackney and the canals!
Not far from Stratford and its huge olympic swimming pool or Walthamstow center to buy nice mangoes!
Leyton station is at 20min by walk, 15 by bus. You can go to the center (Holborn) in less than an hour.
You'll be sharing the house with 2 girls in their late 20's.
Really calm and respectful and clean.
