Italian boy and Polish girl (not romantically involved).
He is a bit of an introvert, working locally, studying at the university his dream subject. Like to have ''meaningful conversations'' over dinner.
She is on the extrovert side of life, works in the public sector, and has a passion for all greenery around the house.
Of course, both of us are LGBTQ friendly. There are no pets in the house. However, there are plans in our heads to get a small dog soon.

ABOUT YOU 😎

We want to live with a respectful, clean, responsible, honest and friendly individual. If you love plants and animals, you would be perfect. Smoking, drugs or heavy drinking is not for us. A living room socializing with a glass of wine (or something else) it's always welcome.

ABOUT HOUSE 🏡

Three bedroom property located in a quiet area next to the park.
Off licence just down the road, Sainsbury 6 min walk, Tesco 10 min walk, overground and closest bus stops 6 min walk, 24h gym and swimming pool 6 min walk.

Good size kitchen (with build-in dishwasher), nice bathroom, living/dining area and well-maintained garden. How beautiful everything is you can see in the photos.

ABOUT ROOM 🛌

Bright double room with spacious built-in wardrobes. The room is without a bed. However, if you do not have your own, we can arrange one. You will just have to choose if you prefer single or double. There are no carpets around the house (just on stairs), so it's easy to keep it clean.

SO HOW MUCH IS THIS GEM? 💷

Just £650 a month with all bills included (with £650 deposit). If after the new year there will be a drastic increase in electricity prices - government predictions - we will equally share the increased bill (shouldn't be higher than £10pp).
