Both rooms are available from the 1st August until the 31st October, with the possibility of renewing the tenancy after that.

The rent for 'Room 1' (Double with en suite) is £750 per month.
The rent for 'Room 2' (Double) is £560.
(Bills are not included), but during winter they'd be around £30 a month and in summer not even £15. Wifi is £8.50 a month.
