Double room avail. for one/two month let

I have a double room up for rent in my semi detached house for one-two months.

It is a good-sized double (3.4 x 3.3m), the decor is quite new and is light and neutral. It has a raised double bed (see pic), wardrobe, chest of drawers, small desk/dressing table, office chair and lamps. It has black out curtains.
Please note, the view is partially of a brick wall.

The house is a victorian semi-detached. Bathroom has a good shower. The kitchen/diner is big, with double stove/oven, washing machine, and large fridge freezer. Bifold doors lead to the garden.

The house is near the big Leyton High Road Tesco and all the shops, pubs and gym that are around there. It's a really buzzy neighbourhood with Walthamstow in one direction and Leyton in the other but the road I'm on is quiet. Leyton Midland o'ground is 7 mins away, and Walthamstow Central is about 16 mins walk away. There are loads of buses that leave for Dalston/town centre just down the road (1 min walk).

Please note, there is a cat at the property.

I rent the other rooms in the house on a short term basis. You will generally be sharing with two others.

I'm looking for a professional who shares a similar routine of needing to be up for work quite early (no night owls or irregular hours please!) and who appreciates and contributes to a quiet and clean house in general.
Ideal person is someone who cares about their water usage, recycling, turns off lights, and doesn't do lots of showers or clothes washing.

There is only your own cleaning to do, as I take care of the house generally.
