Double room in three bedroom house

Double room up for rent in semi detached house.

Good sized double - about 3.5 x 3.5. It looks out onto the garden and a quiet cul de sac street. It is newly decorated and has double bed, drawers, desk and clothes rail.

The house is a victorian semi-detached. The kitchen/diner is big, with double oven, washing machine and drier and large fridge freezer. There is a garden leading from the kitchen. The living room is big and has TV/sofa.

The house is across the road from the Lea Bridge Tesco and all the shops there. It's a buzzy neighbourhood with Walthamstow in one direction and Leyton in the other but the road we are on is quiet. Leyton Midland o'ground is 7 mins away, and Walthamstow Central is about 16 mins away. There are loads of buses that leave just down the road (1 min walk).

About us: I am a 37 year old woman, a tutor and a writer/filmmaker. Suzie is 32 and a photographer. We are quite busy but equally enjoy a few drinks and a chat every so often. We have a cat.

The house is basically quiet and calm. There will very occasionally be a fourth housemate.

All the bills are included, including WIFI.
This is a household who takes the environment quite seriously and we're looking for someone who understands this, in terms of recycling, water consumption, etc.
