This is a double room in a mature gay male household. It is located on the first floor and is suitable for single occupancy. It is attractively decorated, with wooden furniture and a double bed. The house is in a quiet area and the room is peaceful.

There is also a large wardrobe, desk, and chests of drawers. . There is full fibre broadband internet included.. The first floor bathroom is shared with 2 others and has a bath and power shower.

The rest of the house includes a shared comfortable lounge on the ground floor with sofa, fireplace,; a dining room with a large family table; a modern kitchen with 2 double ovens, large 5-ring hob, microwave, air-fryer, coffee machine, larder fridge, larder freezer, dishwasher, sink, middle island and patio doors leading on to the small garden and outside patio area.

We are all busy professionals in the house, but find the time to socialise occasionally. I live in the house as the landlord so can sort out any issues straight away. Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line) is 15 mins on the bus. Buses 69, 97 and W16 pass by and go to Walthamstow , Leyton, Leytonstone and Stratford City.
