Hi, i'm Eoin (pronounced Owen). I am a fairly chilled Irish professional working in music, marketing and events. I have been living in East London for 8 years and have lived with many people from different backgrounds over the years.
I have a furnished double bedroom with en-suite available in a beautiful new build in a large apartment that I rent in Leyton. I am not a live in landlord.

I am an extrovert who respects introverts and boundaries. I like the apartment to feel like a comfortable home for us both and obviously a workspace for the moment. I do not work from home and will be out 3-5 nights a week working at gigs or catching up with friends. The building is great with lovely neighbours, a few dogs, a large private courtyard and a concierge service that takes in deliveries along with other services. The move in date is also flexible, so please do enquire even if you think the timeline might not work. I am happy to have a chat over the phone or video to get to know more about each other and also doing in person viewings.

The apartment has a large open plan kitchen and living room which includes a large kitchen table, two sofas, dishwasher and washing machine.

The bedroom comes with built in wardrobe and is large enough to comfortably fit a desk and chair. Beside the apartment is also a co-working space, yoga studio, podcast studio, cafe as well as being 5 minutes walk from Leyton tube! The olympic park is a stones throw away and great for walks as well as a tonne of cafes, bars and restaurants.
