I have a lovely huge & bright double bedroom with large windows for natural light in a two bedroom flat.
The room comes with a king bed frame (mattress optional), tv stand with storage & side table included, but these can be removed if not wanted.

It’s available from the beginning of September 2024. Price includes ALL bills & utilities and even a bi-weekly cleaner, as well as being a pet friendly flat. The deposit will be £950 and you will need to do a reference check with the rental agency but as I’m the lead tenant it’s nothing extensive.

There is a small office space room which works as a working from home office and storage. Who ever moves in is more than welcome to also setup their desk/pc and work from home.

The house has a shared living room, with a small but ample kitchen with a washing machine, plenty of storage & all necessary equipment already here. The bathroom has a shower and bath, and there's also a nice garden with BBQ and chairs for entertaining or where you can sit in the summer months just relaxing in the evening. There's also many parks around the area.

I currently have a very social and friendly 9 year old Yorkshire terrier who loves a little play around and is also good around other dogs & cats, so you’d hopefully like pets. I am looking for a working professional that is also someone outgoing, fun and social, but likes to be tidy & clean.

We will be doing a spring clean, including carpet cleaning and the room will have a paint over which the landlord will be taking care of before anyone moves in.

Easy access to transports - the central line about 10mins walk to Leyton Underground station, 5 mins walk from the trendy Francis Road filled with nice coffee shops, off licenses, beauty parlours and even a wine bar, as well as 5 mins walk to Leyton High Road, with its buses and shops. Stratford Westfield is one stop away on the tube., and about 30-40 minutes to Oxford Street. Really nice road with its emerging range of boutique cafe's, shops and restaurants.
