The rent for the room is £813.46 per month, plus the bills and the cost of the weekly cleaner, of £228.50 making a grand total of £1,041.96pm.
The room is a good size. The ideal flatmate would enjoy flat meals, the odd night out and would like to live in a clean & tidy flat, that's home not just a flat share. ("We really want to live with people who don't spend all of their time in their rooms hardly speaking!") 5/6 months minimum stay. A government 'Right to rent' check, affordability check, references including a previous landlord reference and a credit check are required by the landlord.
The house features broadband, two bathrooms, a very large Kitchen/living room and a large terrace with a patio. The bedroom has a bed and a wardrobe.
We have fairy normal schedules as we work 9 am to 5 pm. We like films, dancing, and good food, and we are all friendly. We don't tend to be at home all the time but enjoy staying in when we do.
The other two flatmates are Fabrizia and Geoff. We can accommodate just one further person, so neither sharing the room with a friend nor couples will be considered.
It's 8 mins walk to Leyton Midland Rd overground station and 16 mins walk to Leyton tube station, which is on the central line. Also within a 15-minute bus ride is Stratford, so good connections for central London. 35 mins to central London. 10 mins bus ride to Hackney central or Walthamstow Central. Also, it's on the N8, N205 & N26 night buses routes, and the central line runs overnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
If you cycle, it is in a great place - just close enough to everything, but far enough away for a good ride.
In the local area:
* Good on-street parking.
* Coronation Gardens and Sidmouth Park are within 10 minutes walk.
* The Olympic Park and Epping Forest are within 15 minutes.
* A huge 24 hr Asda 5 mins away and a Tesco supermarket in the area. A 24hr shop 10 mins away.
* Westfield Stratford shopping centre is 10 mins away.
* Gyms.
