We have a large double room available in a lovely Victorian house, situated 5 mins walk from Leyton Tube.

The house is bright and airy and is double glazed throughout, with a well equipped kitchen (2 fridges /2 freezers / dishwasher / plenty of storage space) open plan living room onto the kitchen / pantry etc, as well as cellar with washer dryer.

There is also a garden with fruit trees, numerous veg and herbs growing, the ideal housemate will be a keen gardener and proactive in making the house a home.

There are 2 shared toilets / 1 shared showers / bathroom - with washing machine & dryer in the cellar.

Current flatmates are: 1 English & 1 Irish Males, and 1 Swedish Female aged 30 - 36 Working as a sound designer, artist asistant and Gallery manager. We are open minded, LGBT+ friendly, non-tories, and are looking for a housemate that would gel well with the squad and bring something to the house, we enjoy gigs, world cinema, art in all forms, outdoor swimming, cycling, literature, design, cooking and gardening.
The letting license only allows for 4 so cannot accept couples sorry!

We are sociable around the house, sharing meals regularly as well as beers / wine. The marshes / Wanstead Park and the Olympic park are all close, Leyton has a lot to offer and new shops and venues are popping up all the time

Francis Road in particular has a lot of new trendy shops and restaurants/ coffee shops, a wine bar record shop and is generally a good community hub.

We all very clean and considerate and we would like to keep it so, we are looking for the right person to fit in, irrespective of identifying gender. .
