Hi. I have single room in house with garden, available to move in immediately for non smoking and not drinking alcohol female tenant. We are family of 4 (couple with 2 sons) and are looking for female which doesnt make parties at home and will not bring boyfriends here. We are calm people and looking for someone with similar lifestyle. Already here are living with us 2 nice girls. House is located in great place, just few minutes walk from Leyton station, Asda, Costa, Poundland, Sport Direct and other popular shops.
Room is available for short term, 2 months to 4 months only, with security deposit required.
