Summer stay in roomy house with large garden

Hello, looking to fill my upstairs room in a three-bedroom house. Available August 16th - Sept 16th. Bright furnished room with double bed in the back of the house. Large living room, 1.5 bath shared with two females in their mid-20s. Well-equipped kitchen with gas range, and downstairs laundry. Beautiful garden space with BBQ and patio furniture. Flatmates are CSM students who work, and one has just graduated. One indoor/outdoor cat who comes and goes as he pleases:) Nice place to spend the summer with close access to Leyton midland overground, Central and Victoria lines.
