Bright Double Room Leyton

Hi everyone,

My name is Zula and I am looking for a new flatmate for my lovely 2 bedroom flat in Leyton.

The flat
There is a shared living room with lots of plants, a fully furnished modern separate kitchen, and a shared bathroom (with a bath for those long soaks after work). The flat is located 5min walk to Leyton High Road, and about 10min walk to Leyton Underground (Central Line), and you can easily walk to Hackney Marshes, or Walthamstow. The building also has a shared garden which we can use all year round. I have a projector in the living room which you can use to watch films, or just do your emails on a large screen.

The room
The double room is available from 15th October, and I short and long-term lets are considered. There are no agency fees, but a deposit is required. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and desk, I also have super quick wifi in the flat for all of your Netflix needs. The rent is £800 + bills (these are normally around £100, but bit more in the winter)

About me:
I work as a photographer and photography lecturer, and interested in all things visual culture. I work from home 1-2 days a week, and I am often out and about London going to exhibitions, cycling or climbing. I am always up for a glass of wine or a pint in the local pub.

Little bit about you:
I am looking for a clean, friendly and considerate person. The flat is a welcoming social space and LGBTQIA+ friendly, all genders welcome 🏳️‍🌈 I am looking for one flatmate, sorry no couples, well-behaved dogs are also welcome. Ideally working professionals or mature students. If you work from home full-time, it might also be tricky.

Accessibility: There is no lift in the building, and the flat is on the second floor.
