THE HOUSE:

YOU WILL GET: A huge loft space in my Victorian House I own on Murchison Road E10. You will get a king size bed, wardrobe, eave storage, drawers and a working desk for those that are WFH as well as access to a communal office/studio room.

The room is cosy, clean, bursting full of sunlight, has a garden view and is extremely secluded, you won't hear the rest of the house.
You're more than welcome to use the other bath/shower rooms in the house (2)

You will have access to a beautiful garden which grows fruit and veg all year round, the kitchen dining area, a huge lounge with tv/ vinyl records and two hilarious cats that sleep mostly.

YOU ALSO GET:
Unlimited toilet paper, washing tablets for laundry and dishes + hand soap.

Cleaner runs through the house but you clean your own rooms. It’s £34 per person a month for the cleaner.

YOU WILL LIVE WITH:
Landlady, Marina 32 - Barista/tattoo apprentice/artist / cat mum and loves music
Jack 28 - Musician/Barista - works at the same shop as Marina and makes mean coffee
(A third tenant tbc)

We are NOT a party house guests are welcome, we are all busy professionals and coffee addicts looking for a chilled person or people to adopt the room and call the house their own. It really will be your house. We are all out most of the time but when home enjoy a chin wag, a brew and like to hang out with the occasional bev out and about. We do a lot of house coffees!

Everyone thats lived in the house, we are still close with, its a close knit group.

We try and do pub quizzes when possible.

Leyton is a cool upcoming area, we have tonnes of a great pubs nearby literally 90 second walk, the famous Francis Road, with E10s best cafes and bars.
