Hi guys,

My friends and I are looking for someone to take over our friend's room when she moves out on June 15th.

The room is on the ground floor (currently looking very empty because she's moving all of her stuff). We have 2 bathrooms between 4 of us, your room is the only bedroom on the ground floor, so you'd have lots of privacy. There is also a good-sized living room, kitchen, and a garden area out the back! The house is situated a 2-minute walk from the Leyton Midlands Station (aka wannabe Hackney).

You would be living with 3 other professionals in their mid-20s (2 women and 1 man), always down to chill and chat, and often hanging out together on weekends - we're all close friends. Looking for someone who likes to keep a clean house and create homely vibes.

Bills (council tax, internet, gas, electricity, water & house insurance) are roughly £120 per person pcm
