ROOM:
One of our house mates is moving out, we have a big double room available for rent from October.

Large double with access to 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and spare room all bills included.

WiFi included + unlimited toilet paper/detergent

YOU:

We are looking for a new tenant, ideally you will be friendly, chatty, appreciate your own space, and ours, be neat n tidy, respectful, like cats and just be easy going.

THE HOUSE:
7 minute walk from Leyton station, we live in a big Victorian house, we are just looking for someone to call it their home and treat it as such - our home is well sound proofed.
- we are not a party house but it’s yours to be social and respecting others boundaries etc.

Marina - Landlady, easiest going person ever, tattooist, barista, artist, singer + cat mum

Jack - Musician/barista, also super easy going, works in the same shop as Marina and makes mean coffee

Lana + Gremlin - chilled out cats that like to do parkour every so often.

THE AREA:

Leyton is a cool upcoming area, we have tonnes of a great pubs nearby literally 90 second walk, the famous Francis Road, with E10s best cafes and bars.

Leytonstone/Walthamstow/Hackney/Bethnal Green all under 25 mins away.

Leyton tube - 7min walk FLAT.
Leyton Midland Overground - 9min walk.

Everyone thats lived in the house, we are still close with, its a close knit group.
