Room in professional house Monday - Friday only

The landlord lives in the house. The landlord and other tenant - who has lived in the house for over 8 years - are sometimes away for weekends or longer periods, and sometimes the house is full at the weekends.

We are friendly but keep to ourselves. There is a garden and parking is available but must be paid for. The property is Council Tax band C.

The property is closest to Leyon Midland and Leabridge overground stations, and eqidistant from Leyton and Walthamstow Central undergrounds. A good bus service takes you to all of this stations. The house is not heated for those who work from home.
