The room is quite small, but a great price, and you'd be paying dramatically less than the 2 other housemates.

No extra cost for bed frame or clothes rail. Clothes and bedding in the photos and videos not included. Memory foam mattress can be supplied for an additional £50

Other housemates: 2 male, 24 and 25 years old. Friendly and respectful of personal space. Both work in the arts, but not specifically looking for a housemate in the same field, just someone friendly and respectful. The house has facilities for professional level vocal recording if that interests you, as well as lighting etc which is great to record video applications for jobs or have well lit video calls. This equipment is generally used for self-recorded auditions when they come through, and these are recorded without interrupting the routine of anyone's day. The lighting equipment is neatly stored out of the way when not in use.
The current housing contract is until the 31st of October, but can be extended via the landlord.
Once confirmed, You will need to go through a standard credit and reference check with the landlord, and once approved, will receive a simple sublet contract. I’ll keep you updated throughout
The First month’s rent (will be less if moving in in early May) is due upon move-in, with future rent payments due on the last day of the month
