Double room in house near Walthamstow Village

Hey,
I’m Bobby and I’m looking to rent a double room in my 3 bed Victorian terrace. It’s right on the border of Leyton and Walthamstow so the best of both worlds. Very close to Walthamstow Village and loads of local amenities. Or just a 10 min cycle back to Hackney.

It has been recently renovated with huge kitchen dining area, large bathroom with double walk in shower and freestanding bath.
The room will be unfurnished (can be negotiated) but comes with fitted wardrobes.
There is a large through lounge area with 55” TV and vinyl. The third bedroom could be used as an office which could be discussed further if interested and my current house mate used the space for DJ equipment.
There is quite a large garden which gets the sun all day and you’re more than welcome to involved with vegetables or flowers or non.

I own the house and I’m looking for someone who will respect and enjoy sharing the space with me. I work in Hackney and cycle into work most days.
I’m pretty relaxed at home and enjoy cooking, socialising and watching a good film/series/listening to music. I’m pretty active outside the house keen runner, cycling, squash, hiking, dog walking basically I enjoy anything active or competitive.
I love going to gigs, comedy, LOVE food, travelling, hiking/camping etc etc

The house is surrounded by local shops and cafe and a large Tesco 2mins walk away. There’s loads of nice local pubs and it’s very close to Walthamstow Village, Leyton midland and Francis road. 2mins from all locals bus stops, it’s about 10mins for me to walk to Walthamstow station and even quicker on the bus, it’s less than 10min walk to Leyton midland overground and also a short bus to Leyton, Stratford or Hackney.
I have a beautiful and slightly anxious whippet called Reggie. She is around half the week so being ok with dogs is a must. Having said that you can be as involved as much or as little as you like.
