Beautifully restored Victorian home on a quiet, friendly street, just 3-5 mins walk from Leyton tube (Central Line) and 8-10 mins to Stratford.
You'll live with 5 other professionals who are friendly, chatty, and career-focused - this is a real communal home, not just a place to sleep.
Current housemates work in business management, NHS HR, graphic design, PR/comms, and business administration. There's a very low turnover; most stay 3+ years.
What's Included: All bills (council tax, water, gas, electric, TV licence)
Superfast FIBRE broadband.
Communal living room with TV. Garden/patio
4 bathrooms (2 ensuite, 2 shared) Washing/dryer, full kitchen equipment. All bills included but subject to a fair usage policy.

Leyton is safe, trendy, with a hipster vibe, great pubs (Leyton Star, Technical), independent shops, bars and restaurants. Retail Park nearby (Asda, TK Maxx, Fitness First). Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is 5 mins away.
