room+ walk in wardrobe

Hello I’m looking for a female lodger
.Your room would be a double room furnished or unfurnished as suits you . The room is next to a large walk-in wardrobe which woukd be yours so plenty of space for clothes bags suitcases books whatever you have You would of course have use of the large modern kitchen , lounge , garden room and garden and all the facilities such as washing machine and Wi-Fi . This is a two bathroom house so you would just be sharing a bathroom

Close to Leyton tube on central line or Stratford with the Elizabeth line all amenities or you can hop on a bus at end of road and go to Walthamstow and pick up the end of the Victoria line
This is not a party house , peace and tranquility , spot of meditation but also enjoy the odd glass of wine or coffee after a days work , a good movie and the odd meal out or in the garden . Respectful of everyone’s privacy and if you just want to flop in silence after work you will be undisturbed . I have a very friendly and nosey sausage dog so preferably you will be a dog lover
