My flatmate is moving back to Birmingham and from the 21st of August I have a large double room to rent out.
It's in a fantastic area just off Francis Road in Leyton and is a 11 minute walk to the tube station.
It has a large garden too and comes with a cat - so if you're not a cat lover, this isn't for you.
I'm a 35 year old radio and podcast producer who works from home two days a week. I love music, festivals, beer gardens and generally socialising, but also like to have quiet evenings too.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful and we get on really well with our neighbours.
I'm looking for someone who is ready to move towards the end of August.
The rent is £875 PCM and the bills equal around £150-180 a month.
Looking to do viewings ASAP.
