Large and cosy double room in a 3 Bed Flat

Me and my flatmate are looking for a 3rd housemate to join our cosy flat. Ideally, we are looking for someone who will treat the flat like their home.
The room is available as soon as possible as unfortunately our flatmate had to leave because of personal circumstances, however we can be flexible on moving in date.

The house:
You will be living with x2 professionals. Natalie is an extremely friendly 31 year old professional with Zimbabwean roots, she has a hybrid working schedule. My name is Jean Marc, I am 35 year old French/ Haitian, working with Art all over the country and internationally. The house is however is big enough for everyone to work from home and not get in each other's way as we all have desks in our individual rooms.
The house has a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, x1 bathroom and a separate WC that we all share.

We are looking for a 3rd housemate to join our homely flat. Ideally, we are looking for someone who will treat the flat like their home and doesn't mind having the occasional dinner/drink with their flatmates

21st of June however we can be flexible on this.
