Room in spacious and light Leyton flat - July only

You will be living with myself (female) and my partner (male). We will both be away at different times so you will only ever be in the flat with one other person.

The flat is brand new and has a very large and light living space. It’s fully kitted out with everything you will need.

It’s a 17 min walk to Walthamstow tube station (on the Victoria line) and a 10 min walk to Walthamstow Village. It’s also a 10 minute bus from Leyton tube station (on the central line).

We’re looking for someone friendly, clean and respectful. We will ensure you’re comfortable and have everything you need but will also give you privacy and space.

The cost includes all bills and a cleaner.

You will have access to a balcony, living room, kitchen and bathroom (all shared) as well as a private bathroom.

Double bedroom with storage space
Washing machine, drying rack and iron
Fully kitted kitchen including coffee machine and dishwasher
Quiet space if you need to work from the apartment
