The room is situated on the ground floor of a house with a large, recently renovated kitchen and shared living room. There is also a spacious garden. There is one large bathroom upstairs and a small bathroom downstairs.

Nearby you’ve got a large ASDA which has everything you need as well as sainsburys and Tesco a few minutes up the road. Leyton station is a 2 minute walk away for the Central line. Stratford is also nearby giving you access to the Elizabeth line, Jubilee line, overground and DLR as well as Westfield.

You’d be sharing the flat with 3 others in their late 20s who are super lovely and easy to get along with. We all have our own lives but sometimes head up to the pub or chat in the kitchen together.

Bills are not included, fluctuate a little but on average are about £100.
