Hi there,
Current flatmate looking for someone to sublet my lovely room in Leyton (~1 minute) from Francis Rd and equidistant from both Leyton and Leytonstone Central Line tube stations.
Some key info:
- Sublet starting mid July/ end of July
- £450 pm for room, exlc. bills
- £200 ish pm for all bills
- Sharing with a best friend of mine (31, F, Architect) - who WFH Tues/Thurs, the rest in the office
- Sharing with a fluffy cat called Ringo
- Female preferred for incoming subletter, as existing housemate is F :)
