All local amenities - Large ASDA, off licences, pubs, parks, coffee shops, restaurants and more. 3 bedroom house, very spacious, 2 reception rooms, garden/patio, 2 bathrooms with showers, large kitchen dinner, furnished - light and spacious house. The room available has built-in wardrobes, the video in the description is the room available (181 square ft) at £900 pcm. We aren't living in the house yet, so we'll be moving in with you. Also, it comes with lovely house cat, Diana.🐈

We're looking for, someone friendly, fun, clean & tidy, outgoing but also loves to hangout at home too. We're very sociable people and love having friends over to chill, watch movies, TV, have drinks with, etc. we're generally pretty chilled and easy going and would love to meet your friends too. 🍻

A little bit about us:
I'm Ashley, male, 36 and from London, actually born and raised in Leytonstone, so I'm keen to get back to the area. I work in Marketing in the music industry. I'm often at gigs, festivals, clubs but I do make a lot of time to stay home and explore my local area too (I've become part of the furniture at my local, The Bow Bells). I like music (most genres); of course, films (all films, good, bad and everything in-between - there is a great/questionable DVD collection and great Soundsystem too), DJing, reading (a ton o books around the place), pubs, spending the day making a roast as a house and having a good chat. And most importantly, I come with a cat, her name is Diana (Diana, Princess of Tails is her formal title), she's a shorthair, tabby/calico mix with a big orange splodge on her face, she's 1 and 1/2 years old, very playful she's indoor but working on her being outdoor too. - potential housemate must not be allergic. 🪩

Emma, female, 28 is from Northampton but has lived in London for 10 years, she works in the music industry too for record label in radio & TV promo. She too is often at gigs and festivals but also makes time to stay at home. She loves music (most genres too), celebrity deep dive documentaries, perfectly trashy reality TV (think more Coach Trip and wife swap rather than Love Island), cooking, learning about obscure chapters in history, pubs, exploring new areas. 💃

We're both non-smokers but have no issues if you are.
