Double room 2 mins away from Leyton Station

I have a double room with an adjacent bathroom 2 minutes away from Leyton station, also 5-10 mins from the local retail park with a large shopping centre and a gym.

The room is furnished with a double bed. There is a shared living room and a shared kitchen (two fridges, washing machine and dishwasher) with food storage facilities. We have a back patio and some seating.

Existing in the house already are two LGBT guys who live a predominantly quiet lifestyle. One is active in the kink scene and does wear a lot of leather. We are looking for a clean and friendly housemate who's comfortable living with us.
