Double room very short walk to Leyton stn.

Hi there, I am a female full time management work in recognised professions. I and my other blood brothers looking for a clean, tidy and respectful house mates to join us on one of newly painted room, furnished, 188 per week, inclusive bills.

The room located at the back of the house overlooking garden, very large window with healthy breeze of airflow. The house has a separate kitchen with door closed, large window, large 2 fridges, full cooking amenities, bathroom with shower tub and toilet to be share, no living room. However, table and chairs at the kitchen can be used for dining and feel free for work space. We've got a study area in our room as well and pretty much out from home for full time work and taking some course as a Master students. If you are very keen to get a place for work there are also Starbucks and Costa, cafe's Leyton Library with lots of working area, printing services and free WIFI just a few steps away from home. Cooking is one of our favourite activity to show off our professional skills however we had a good food at work (restaurant) and most of time come back home with take away.

The house located in private residential area, very safe (we’re usually came home after work mostly after midnight) and friendly neighbours. One way road in the front and back which mean quiet and not much cars. there is a bus stop right in front of the house and the back taking you to Hackney central, Shoreditch toward to Oxford circus and West End at cheaper cost if you’re planning to avoid the tube.

Great transport connections all around with 5 minutes walking distance to Leyton station and approximately 15 minutes walking distance to Westfield Stratford otherwise 4-5 bus stops.

Excellent area for all amenities such as 24 hours biggest Asda in East London with late night pharmacy and Amazon and other online shopping drop off and pick up, Poundland, TK Maxx, Starbucks, Costa, 24 hours The Gym Group just newly opened, KFC, Subway, Burger King, Sport direct, River Island, Next, the card, B&Q etc are all opposite Leyton stn. Plenty of corner's shop in the front and back of the house and night fruits market, GP’s, Pharmacies, 3 local Hospitals etc.

Oh, a little bit about us… we’re pretty much like a cats! We loved exploring outside all day (work & study) on our rest day we like to turn on Netflix to watch us sleep or PS4, but realistically we loves acting like we’re not at home and being silent sleep dead for a minimum 20 hours a day - actually that its just our dreams. We’re pretty much very busy life but we always try to explore London on our free time if we could hahaha.
