Double Room in spacious Leyton (east London) flat

Hello! We’re Rachel and Gloria and we’re looking for a third housemate to join our top floor flat in Leyton. Rachel is 30 and works in music, and Gloria is 23 and works as a barista in Broadway Market but also a musician. We’re looking for someone similar age to us (23-30) and works full time, like us!

The room available is furnished, it was a double bed with loads of storage space underneath, a double wardrobe, beside locker, a new double wardrobe, and a window looking out to the back of the house. The bathroom is shared with just one of us - it has a bath, shower, all the usual stuff!

We’re looking for someone to move on from 22nd August but can be a little flexible. We each pay £150 into a house account for bills and communal bits to make life easy! (This is an approximate amount but works for us at the moment)

Our flat is bright, clean and lovely. It’s 10 mins walk from Leyton tube on the central line, it’s close to great bus and cycle routes and is 15 mins from the overground. We have a bright big kitchen and dishwasher, a huge living room (important as we love having a drink or watching tv together) and a decked garden

We’re looking for someone who can be a friend and a flatmate, who’s lovely and we can have a laugh with! Rachel works from home a few days a week, as does Gloria (when not in the cafe)

The area is really nice, we’re a couple of mins from the nice shops and cafes on Francis Road and not far from Leyton High Rd with more shops and cafes. We often walk down to Hackney Marshes, Olympic Park or The Hollow Ponds - so lots of green spaces nearby
