Spacious double room available in 4 bed terrace house on quiet Leyton street.

The room is a first floor bright, furnished room in a house share on a residential street, 5 minutes walk from Leyton station (Central Line). We have 2 bathrooms (with showers), a big garden, living room and shared kitchen area with a dining table. NOTE: bathrooms have been renovated in the last year with brand new fittings, photos are of the old bathroom.

We are 3 women in our late 20s, all working full time, just one of us works from home. We all have lovely boyfriends who stay over regularly. We like to hang out together in the kitchen / living room, as well as make other plans like going out for dinner and celebrating each others’ birthdays. As we spend a lot of time in our home, we enjoy keeping it clean and tidy. There is no cleaning rota- we just split the job!

We are looking for a housemate in full time employment, who is looking for a sociable but chilled household to live in. We’re happy with guests coming over, but we do prefer a quieter setup!

Rent for the room is £810pcm plus ~£100pcm for bills
