Bright & Spacious Loft with Private Ensuite

Hello, my name is Anja and I’m looking for a female lodger for my bright and spacious loft room, short term let or longer.

The double room is on the 3rd floor of 1930’s house, has its own private ensuite bathroom and plenty of storage. It’s recently been refurbished, updated photos to follow.

The ground floor kitchen + dining room, lounge and south facing garden are shared spaces. Parking is available on the drive and bikes can be kept locked away in the side alley which has a separate door.

Leyton Midland overground and the buzzing Tilbury Road arches are a 8 minute walk and Leyton Tube is 20 minute walk away, with the bike they are only 2 and 6 minutes away respectively. Francis Road and Walthamstow Village with their cafes and restaurants are also within short walking distance.

I’m a 48 year old interior designer, I enjoy exercising, the outdoors and anything to do with art and design. In my spare time I love gardening, going to antique markets and seeing friends. I’m looking for a mature, friendly and reliable lodger who enjoys tidy and organised spaces. I’d like to welcome someone who shows equal mutual respect and is easy to communicate with for a happy shared home.
