Bright & Spacious Loft with Private Ensuite

Hello, my name is Anja and I’m looking for a short term female lodger for my bright and spacious loft room from early January for a short term let. The double room is on the 3rd floor of 1930’s house and has its own private ensuite bathroom and lots of storage. The ground floor kitchen + dining room, lounge and south facing garden are shared spaces. Parking is available on the drive and bikes can be kept locked away in the side alley which has a separate door. Leyton Midland overground is a 10 minute and Leyton underground a 20 minute walk away, with the bike they are only 2 and 6 minutes away respectively. Francis Road and Walthamstow Village with their cafes and restaurants are also within short walking distance.

I’m a 46 year old interior designer, I enjoy yoga and cycling and anything to do with art and design. In my spare time I love gardening, going to antique markets and seeing friends. I’m looking for a friendly and reliable lodger who enjoys tidy and organised spaces. I’d like to welcome someone who shows equal mutual respect and is easy to communicate with for a happy shared home.
