Cozy double room near Stratford

Room available in a 2 bed flat share in Leyton (Zone 3 and only a 5 min walk from the central line).

I am sadly moving out so we are looking for a female to take the contract from mid Oct (ideally for a year). The place is home rather than a house, we watch tv shows together, cook meals together and share the kitchen ingredients + nights out on the town and know each others friends. Ideally we’re looking at someone who enjoys spending time on the couch, but also is happy to do her own thing.

The house is on the 1st floor with a flight of stairs straight off road level, there is a bathroom, kitchen and living room + storage in the attic if required. Include are a washing machine, fridge / freezer, gas hobs, double glazed windows and central heating. Each room gets loads of natural room and is a dream in summer with all the windows open and breeze blowing. The house is fully furnished and comes with a bed, mattress, chest of drawers and two wardrobes in the bedroom.

Sab (30) is staying behind and has lived here for 4 years. She works in the events industry with a work trip at least once a month and WFH about 1-2 days a week. F1 and craft hobbies obsessed, she also enjoys exploring new restaurants, enjoyed a bottle of wine and a glass of Gin and has a busy social calendar.

Rent is £825 per month + about £150 for bills. The deposit is £780 and goes into the TDS.
