Lovely Double In Friendly Home

To say a little about us, it's a 3 bed property sharing with myself (I'm an actor), and Alexander (a lovely comedian) and Gwennie the dog (so dog lovers are a must). It's a spacious double room, with a cosy living room, kitchen, bathroom, a spare room (for storage) and a garden. It's 7 minute walk to Leyton station (next to Stratford), we are on the central line, so only 15/20 mins into the city. We are also just 15 mins walk to Wanstead flats/park, which is gigantic and full of beautiful forests, lakes etc. The rent is 716, and with bills it comes to around 800/830. Looking for someone to move in late September/early October.

We particularly welcome a fellow dog owner! My little dog is called Gwen (a little lhasa apso) and loves living with another dog. She's lived with 3 others before and adored them all. She's 10, so very calm and peaceful. Our landlord is happy for us to have dogs and is very understanding.

This is not just a house of people who barely talk to each other, it's a nested in little home. Myself and Alexander are close friends of 5 years and looking for someone that we get on with and gets on with us too of course. We're LGBTQ and welcome anyone who is. It's a relaxed, friendly, chilled place. :)
