I have a double room available in my friendly 2-bedroom flat located in Leyton, on Francis Road. The current flat-mate is moving out due to moving in with his partner. The flat is a 10-minute walk to Leyton Midland Overground and a 12-minute walk to Leyton Underground station. Super flexible about what the room comes with, happy to make amendments. It currently has a large desk, king size bed and a chest of drawers.

The flat is located in a vibrant friendly area on Francis Road, with a bar/record/book/coffee shop all within 1 minute away. The flat has a shared kitchen, living area and bathroom, and also a good-sized garden for BBQs etc. You’ll be living with one sociable, easy-going 31-year-old female housemate who enjoys a good balance of fun and relaxation. I work in bid management for a construction company. I am a hybrid worker, predominantly working from home so ideally you are more office/work based.

I’m a friendly, relaxed person who enjoys spending time with friends, whether that be a pub quiz, a gig or playing netball, but also enjoys and respects the need for personal space. Ideally, I’m looking for a flatmate to share the flat with, rather than just living in separate rooms.
