My current flatmate is sadly leaving London for the North, so myself and my partner are looking for a flatmate to take over the spare bedroom.

- Great location- 20 min walk to Leyton station (Central line), 5 min walk to Leyton Midland Road (Overground), 1 stop from Stratford
- Nice quiet area but loads of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and pubs within walking distance
- Asda by Leyton station, Lidl 20 mins by bus

About us:
- I work for Centrepoint Homeless charity and typically work from home 2 days a week
- My partner has just finished university where studied contemporary dance and she also works in hospitality
- We’re looking for someone who is happy to socialise if they would like to, but equally happy to just let you be
- We do like to use the living room but you’re always welcome to join in whenever

IMPORTANT:
- Including yourself, there would be 3 people in the property
- This is a 12 month AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy). This is standard but just know that it’s not a sublet, you will be on the tenancy.
