Room for rent in stylish Leyton flat

We are a couple owning the flat and have a bedroom available to rent for a short let of 3 months from 1 November 2024 to end of January 2025. We will be temporarily moving to Italy during that time. My partner might still be there occasionally (e. g. for a couple of weeks in November and January), but we use the loft bedroom and a separate bathroom.

The room for rent is a double room with storage and access to a private bathroom with shower and washing machine. There's a large modern kitchen equipped with all appliances and a cozy living room. The flat is located within a 5-7 min walk to Leyton tube station (central line), taking you straight into Liverpool Street, Holborn, Oxford Circus, Notting Hill, etc.

The rent is £800 a month + bills (gas, electricity and water); the rest of the bills is included (broadband, Netflix/Amazon Prime access, council tax). We require a deposit of £800 and would prefer if you have any references from previous landlords.
