Room for rent in stylish Leyton flat

We are a couple owning the flat and have a bedroom available to rent from 20 July to 2 August. We will be away during that time.

IMPORTANT: we are looking for a VERY QUIET person- our neighbors downstairs are dealing with health issues and we don't want to trouble them. So parties are NOT ALLOWED, and neither is to have many guests over. We are looking for someone who can also take care of our plants and DOES NOT SMOKE.

The room for rent is a double room with storage and access to a private bathroom with shower and washing machine. There's a large modern kitchen equipped with all appliances and a cozy living room. The flat is located within a 5-7 min walk to Leyton tube station (central line), taking you straight into Liverpool Street, Holborn, Oxford Circus, Notting Hill, etc.

The rent is £850 a month + bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax for one month); the wifi is included. We require a deposit of £900 and would prefer if you have any references from previous landlords.
