Double room available in leyton flat just off Francis Road. I am a live in landlord and have been in the flat for 9 years, on and off with flat mates during that time. I spend a lot of time at my boyfriend’s place so there would be quite a lot of evenings you have the place to your self. I’m looking for someone chill and calm to join the household with me/keep it in good nick whilst I’m away. I am a professional who enjoys most of my social life out side the flat and so it would fit if you typically enjoyed the same. 15 minutes to Leyton station and 10 to Leyton Midland.
