I am looking for a new flatmate to replace me in a big double room in a 3 bedroom house. There is a lovely garden and a big shared living room. The room comes furnished with 2 wardrobes, a desk, and a chair.

The area is quiet and is mostly inhabited by families. The house is a:
4 minutes walk from the Tube station
4 minutes walk to Asda
4 minutes walk to GymGroup
5 minutes walk from High Street

The housemate you will be living with will be working most days from the morning until late afternoon so you will have the house for yourself most of the time.

The housemate has two kids who will be there 2-3 times per week max and who will be outside of the house most of the time.

The rent is £1050 with everything included.
