We have a room becoming available in our lovely home in Leyton, as I will unfortunately be moving in with my boyfriend.

The Room

A double bedroom located on the first floor overlooking the garden. It will come with a double bed + mattress.

The House + Location

A 4 bedroom terraced house with 2.5 bathrooms split over three floors, located down a quiet residential street just off Francis Road. There is also permit parking available.

You can find grocery stores, a wine shop ‘Yardarm’, a bakery, florists, cafés & a deli and other independently owned shops scattered along Francis Road, all within a 1 minute walk. There are also some great pubs and restaurants around the Leyton and Leytonstone area.

Leyton tube station (Central Line) is a 10-15 min walk away where you can reach Liverpool St in 10 mins and Oxford Circus in 20 mins. Stratford is 1 stop away which has multiple tube/train lines.

Leyton Midland Road overground station is an 8 min walk, which can take you to the Victoria Line (Blackhorse Road) in 5 mins.

There are also various bus stops within a 5 min walk, which can take you directly to Hackney, Stratford & Walthamstow.

Housemates

You’ll be sharing with Tim, Mitch and Sam, all 29 with a mix of WFH, working in set production, advertising and art.

The house has been 3 guys and 1 girl for the last 2 years and it's been a really nice dynamic, but the boys are also open to anyone that's likeminded!

We are a social household and enjoy hanging out together in the evenings when we can but equally lead busy lives and have our own things going on.

The ideal housemate will be sociable and clean and we're happy with someone either shorter or longer term!
