SUBLET- Large room and adjoining bedroom

Hello!

We have a very large living space and smaller adjoining bedroom which we are looking to sublet as a package up until the end of the year. We can be flexible with dates, but move in early November would be ideal! The option to run in to the new year could be discussed.

The house itself is a large Victorian property with high ceilings, as shared living room, large kitchen, garden and 2 bathrooms. You would additionally have access to your own personal living space and bedroom with lots of natural light. It's equipped with a sofa, desk, king bed, wardrobe and draws. If you are someone who likes your own space, this setup lends itself nicely, but we are very friendly if you prefer to socialise with us.

The location is 10 mins from Leytonstone (central line), 5 mins from Leytonstone Midland overground and about 20 mins from Walthamstow. Lots of bike lanes and bike stands at the house.

The rent for an individual would be 1000 per month and 130 in bills, for a couple the rent would be 1120 and 130 in bills.

About us...Jamie is 27, works in software development from home. Hilary is 31, works out the house as a dance teacher and student, is rarely around in the evenings. Liam is 40, works in tech sales and mostly works in the office with a few days at home. The house is really spacious so never feels crowded, as I said, we are happy to be as social or unsocial as you like. The three of us all get on very well. The neighbors cat comes to visit regularly so wouldn't be ideal if you don't like/ are allergic to them.

We could also be looking to let this space longer term to the right person, but now primarily wanting to find a sublet up until the contract renews in the new year.
