Heyy 😊 - We have a lovely double Room available in our 2 bed apartment on Francis RD in Leyton E10. Close to local shops, cafes and bars. Just a short walk away from Leyton overground and underground stations.

Room is 1050pm including bills.
*includes £10 for a communal kitty that covers all cleaning products and other necessities for the house.

The room is partially furnished with a double bed, shelving unit and a huge built in wardrobe with extra storage. Huge windows with lots of natural light.

Perfect for a social but chilled atmosphere. You’ll be sharing with current housemate Georgia who works in Global Health. Easy laidback personality just looking for someone that enjoys their own space is also up for socialising sometimes and doesn’t mind having friends over occasionally. We don’t have a cleaner as it’s super easy to keep, so all we ask is for someone who will respect the communal space.
