Beautiful 1 bed garden flat (short let - bill inc)

I'm looking to sublet my homely, peaceful 1 bedroom garden flat in Leyton (near Lea Bridge) from Jan 2025 for 3-6 months.

It is well positioned with only a 10 minute walk to Leyton Midland station on the overground and easy links to Walthamstow, Blackhorse Road and Leyton tube stations on Victoria and central lines.

I love living here as it’s close to Hackney marshes and the Lea river so perfect for walks, runs and cycle rides. It’s super safe and quiet, but has loads of shops and cafes nearby. Also, Aldi is 10 min walk :)

I hoping to find someone for a minimum of 3 months but it can be up to 6 months if needed.

Flat comes furnished with all kitchen utensils, TV, loads of storage and a desk set up for wfh (if required).

The price is including all bills - gas / electricity, water, council tax and fast internet.

I’m after either a single person or couple who will take good care of it and respect it like it’s their own home whilst I’m away.
