Description
The house has everything you could possibly need for a super cosy and comfortable stay.
You will have a room on the 1st floor, facing the backyard with your own private bathroom. There is also a studio with a couch and desk that you can use. We'd share the open plan living room, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor. My bedroom will be on the top floor with my own bathroom.
I have lived in flat shares for most of my life and started to rent out one of my rooms a few years ago as well so am a well trained flat mate :) Having a busy lifestyle with friends/work and being in the office most days I'd prefer if you also have work, a course to attend or a general purpose in London. If would like to work from home for some days that's fine but I found that a split of 2 days in your office, 3 days home is what works best for me.
I have friends over for dinner from time to time which you are more than welcome to do as well but in general I'm not big on all night parties at home as I'm pretty busy at work.
My house is located 2 minutes from the overground station that connects to Victoria Line and 2 minutes from the bus station that connects to Central line (10 minutes on the bus).
I have a lodger at the moment till end of December and would be looking to rent out from the 4th of January again. The room would only be available until end of June 2025.
Any more questions just ask away.
