THE ROOM
Spacious double room with a window looking out onto the garden. The room comes furnished with; a double bed, large wardrobe, large chest of draws, an under bed draw, a desk/dressing table with mirror and a laundry basket. You will need to provide your own bedding.

THE FLAT
Spacious two floor maisonette flat with 2 double bedrooms. There is a large kitchen/dining/living room which heads straight out into a small garden. The garden has a large patio with potted plants and a BBQ. The place is kept very clean and tidy. The flat is 2 minutes from Leyton tube station, 20 minutes from Westfield Stratford and if you walk across the Olympic Park you will reach Hackney Wick in 25 mins.

THE FLATMATES
You will be living with 1 professional female (Izzy) who works full time. Izzy is 32 and works in sports marketing and goes into the office roughly 1-2 times a week. Izzy is outgoing, fun and she has both a busy work and social life. She loves to travel, stay fit, and hang out with her friends.

We are looking for a flatmate who is friendly and chilled. Ideally someone who enjoys the odd trip to the pub, and the occasional shared meal over a glass of wine. We love our home and would love the new housemate to be clean and tidy.

THE DETAILS
Room is available from 2nd December, but there is some flexibility as to when someone moves in.

Rent is £200 a week and bills are an additional £40 a week. All of this will will be paid directly to the landlord.
